My first and best resource is playing and excelling in the sport the past four years and having coaches at my disposal to teach me more about what make a good coach since they're the coaches of the year in our division. The past month I was able to come and help at their practice teaching the younger goalies techniques and skills that will help them in the future, which gave me a better experience of coaching at a small level.
